I love writing hence, this blog is a platform for me to fulfill my passion. While the content and issues will in the main be Australian-centric, I am sure they will have western world appeal.

For nearly 40 years I was a secondary school teacher with Degrees in Politics and History. In 1992 I was granted an International Teaching Fellowship and spent 12 months living and teaching in beautiful Evergreen Colorado, at Evergreen Senior High School.

From July 2019 to January 2021 operated a blog, Fake News Oz.com this ran successfully until I decided to replace it with the current format.

I live in the beautiful Yarra Valley in Victoria, Australia. The Yarra Valley is a classic cool climate wine growing region. A bonus for a writer like myself to pontificate, write and drink fine wine.

Healesville is a smallish town of around 8,000 souls, approximately an hour's drive from the State of Victoria's capital city, majestic Melbourne.
